　　我公司研制的管式、板式殺菌機(jī)，應(yīng)用高效管式、板式換熱器對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行間接加熱與熱量回收，設(shè)計(jì)合理,做工精良,控制系統(tǒng)及關(guān)鍵零部件采用產(chǎn)品,設(shè)備整體技術(shù)性能可與進(jìn)口同類先進(jìn)設(shè)備相媲美。主要適用于各種液體食品的無(wú)菌加工生產(chǎn)線上，尤其適用于無(wú)菌紙包裝、無(wú)菌薄膜包裝、無(wú)菌屋頂包及無(wú)菌PET瓶包裝生產(chǎn)線。 可廣泛應(yīng)用于乳品、飲料、果汁、低粘度果漿等液體食品物料的瞬時(shí)超高溫滅菌。也能用于粘度大且含有纖維和顆粒的液體?？刂葡到y(tǒng)采用PLC和觸摸屏，配以先進(jìn)的控制軟件和良好的人機(jī)界面，對(duì)生產(chǎn)全過(guò)程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，可實(shí)現(xiàn)從設(shè)備消毒、生產(chǎn)到CIP清洗的全自動(dòng)控制。
